Shayari app · Parismita Global Solutions
This document explains what information the Shayari app collects, why it collects it, who it is shared with, and how you can contact us about it. We have written this in plain language on purpose — your privacy matters to us, and a policy is worthless if you cannot understand it.
If any of this is unclear, please email us — we will reply in plain English.
Like most modern apps, Shayari uses third-party tools that automatically collect anonymous device and usage information. We do this only to keep the app running well and to make it better over time.
The information collected can include:
The Shayari app does not ask you to register an account, sign in, or provide any personal information at all. You can use every feature without giving us anything.
Shayari does not request permission to read your gallery.
When you tap "Pick from gallery" in the shayari editor, your phone shows Android's official Photo Picker. You select one photo to use as a background, and the app only receives that one photo. The app never sees the rest of your gallery.
When you tap "Save", the composed shayari image is saved to your device's normal photo gallery, in an album called "Shayari".
If you grant notification permission, we may send you reminders or content updates. You can turn notifications off any time in Android Settings → Apps → Shayari → Notifications.
The app integrates the following services. Each has its own privacy policy — click through if you want the full detail.
| Service | What it does | Privacy policy |
|---|---|---|
| Firebase Analytics (Google) | Anonymous app usage events | policies.google.com |
| Firebase Crashlytics (Google) | Anonymous crash reports | policies.google.com |
| Firebase Remote Config (Google) | Lets us update shayari content without an app update | policies.google.com |
| Firebase Cloud Messaging (Google) | Optional push notifications | policies.google.com |
| Google Mobile Ads / AdMob | Shows ads | policies.google.com/technologies/ads |
| Pixabay | Provides background photos | pixabay.com |
We do not share your personal information with these services because the app does not collect personal information in the first place. We do share device + usage information as part of normal operation of these services.
The app shows banner ads at the bottom of some screens and a full-screen ad after you save or share a shayari. We use Google AdMob to serve these ads.
Google may use your Android Advertising ID and the contents of your device to show you relevant ads. To control or opt out of personalized advertising:

If you live in a region with specific data protection rights (such as the EU, UK, California), you also have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. Please contact us to exercise these rights.
We take reasonable steps to protect the information collected through the app. Communication with Firebase, AdMob, and Pixabay happens over secure HTTPS connections. We do not store any password or authentication token for you because the app does not have a login.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Effective date" at the top of this document and publish the new version at the same URL. Major changes will be highlighted on the home screen on the first launch after the change.
By continuing to use the app after a change, you accept the updated policy. If you do not accept it, you may uninstall the app at any time.
